Fishbach

French musician/actor Flora Fishbach is one of the most creatively brave humans that I know. Her new album, Avec les yeux, is a grand example as to why. The title translates to ‘With The Eyes’ and our talk centers around just that; how we experience the passage of time through our eyes. Flora is someone I’d consider to be a maverick, an artist that solely follows the beat of her own drum. What sets her music apart is her ability to fully surrender herself to the emotions of a song, allowing her to be a vessel and to bypass language barriers to intrigue music lovers worldwide.

This episode is one of my big favorites of the season because even though we talk about music, we really do delve into life itself. We talk a lot about how different life looks since the pandemic began, even our surroundings. Together we delve into challenging how we see things, the importance of inner-dialogues, recontextualizing our intentions in life and more. In many ways, this is a great first episode to check out if you’ve never heard of this podcast before and I truly hope it resonates with you.
