Our special bonus episode for the day is with my hilarious friend Alyse Vellturo aka PRONOUN. Since 2016, she’s made a name of herself in the New York music scene by combining her love of indie rock with an undying passion for pop-punk. One of the major hallmarks of a PRONOUN tune is how Alyse’s songwriting constantly leaves you feeling as though “this person gets me” and a lot of that comes from how she only ever knows how to be herself. She’s purely incapable of hiding how she feels, which comes throughout beautifully within our chat.
