It’s funny actually, I love movies massively and I rarely get a chance to discuss them (at least in public form); which is why today’s episode is so special. Our guest is a talented director, writer, comic enthusiast and lover of stripped shirts; say hello to Patrick Willems. Over the last few years he’s made a name for himself on YouTube with his thought-provoking video essays which break down movies in such a succinct way. The videos range from being observational, educational and hilarious without ever breaking a sweat. On this episode we chat about the creative “talk-show” he built during the COVID-19 and how inspiration can come during unexpected times.
Last year I had the pleasure of having Patrick on my previous series (The 405 Exchange) and it’s a true privilege getting to have him on this new series.
