Let’s be honest, many of us find exercising to be a chore we’d rather avoid. But it doesn’t have to be that way and my dear friend Ellie Richardson is here to teach you just that. Ellie is a talented personal trainer in London that’s made the pandemic more bearable for so many people. With her Pilates classes over Zoom, she’s created a much needed space for people to feel a sense of joy, abandon and community during one of the darkest times in human history.

The best part is she’s achieved all this by simply being herself. I’ve known Ellie for years now and have known her to be a person who expresses deep empathy, always willing to have a laugh and she’s also incredibly inquisitive of the world around her. On this episode we chat about her journey in the world of fitness, particularly what inspired her to become a teacher. We also chat about community building, the rush of pushing your body beyond its limits and the experiences that lead her to where she is today.

Check out Ellie’s website for more information on her services and also be sure to check her out on Instagram.
